“We were in town for a sailing competition in Newport with 2 other families. We had plenty of room. All bedrooms were large and having 2 gathering spaces plus the outdoor deck meant lots of room for everyone to hang out. Nikki was very quick to respond with any questions we had and the place was immaculate. Plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the foosball table and games!”

“Enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. Perfect little spot for a couple or small family. Short walk down to a private little beach (there is a decent hill to walk down, but doable!). Lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby. We happened to be there on a 90 degree day and the sleeping loft was a bit toasty but it was manageable. The lower level was cool with AC. Overall very clean, easy parking, no complaints. ”

“We enjoyed our week at this rental , it was close enough to all the activities we needed to attend in Providence, but far enough away to be a quiet relaxing location. It was quaint and charming, when we had a sudden issue with the water heater the landlord had it fixed immediately. He gave me a tour of the waterfront snd when we left a couple Orr items behind he even mailed them out to us!”
