This holiday home is at an altitude of 1000 m and at a superb position in the well-known Brixen Valley. It is only 4 km from the village of Hopfgarten and consists of two detached houses. A large 1200 m2 plot of land with a spacious garden with furniture surrounds the house. Notably, the free ski bus stops directly in front of the house, so you can go cross-country skiing directly from there. This home is ideal for 6 couples or a large group travelling together.

500 m away is a forest where you can go for an evening stroll. The lake and town centre are 4 km away, where you can be part of fabulous nightlife. The nearest restaurants are 2 km away, should you like to go for fine dining, while supermarkets can be found 3 km away, in case you want to go grocery shopping.
