Good for the price. The Neibour place is in very rough shape and scary looking. Parking is right at the road. There was one camera on the car but I’m not sure it would detour smash and grab. The room was clean. And the check in guy was nice. The property was in good condition. Someone spent a fair amount on it. It’s good for a cheap one or two night stay.

All Seasons is a great place to stay and experience the diversity of Hopkins and Belize! Unspoiled by resorts and mansions you can stroll the whole beach! Hotel provides bikes to get around and restaurants are prolific. Coffee maker and microwave in room was appreciated. Could use updated beach chairs. Staff are excellant!
