Too hot for us.

This bungalow is less than a block from the beach and a quick walk into town. The bungalow was clean but is starting to show some wear. The outside area and pool were nice. The biggest negative is there is no Air Conditioning in the bungalow and it was HOT. We had two ceiling fans and one floor fan and it really just moved the hot air around, it was difficult at night to sleep. It’s good value for money if you don’t mind not having A/C.

I was traveling with my my 17 year old daughter. I did not feel safe and left within 5 minutes of arriving. We travel all over the USA and we've stayed in san pedro and San ignacio. We are not divas by any means. We love to camp so when I say it was bad it was. The door handle did not latch let alone lock. There was a dead bolt that worked. Nine of the windows locked. The inside of the building was 97° Fahrenheit. With no ac and only a small oscillating fan it wasn't cutting it. There was no parking that wasn't partially on the road. The neighbors were being a bit rowdy and loud. Just unlocking the door we had about 20 mosquito bites. The cleanliness was decent. I did reach out to the property manager as we were leaving to let them know. I knew the cancelation policy but I was hoping for even a partial refund as we weren't there for even 5 minutes. I was told the cancelation policy again and that I wouldn't get any refund. Beware!!

Great accommodation

We really enjoyed the amenities of these cabanas. The pool saved the day - as beaches in Hopkins are not maintained. That was our biggest disappointment. Joerdy was a great boat and was so information and helpful. The cabanas are lovely, well appointed. So great to have laundry on site!

No Beachfront No Problem!

This place was was amazing! It’s secluded and enclosed and you feel like you are in a mini paradise. All the Hopkins authentic establishment are a short walk away. The pool and the room are equally impressive. We didn’t see a better place walking around and for the price this is a no brainer. We will stay here again!

Staying here was like having your own home in paradise. The room was super clean and we equipped. The cool sea breeze made up for the lack of A/C. Nestled in the small town now Hopkins, friendly people abound. Two blocks from the sea, it is an easy walk to get wet. If you are into exploring, the hotel is a short five to Cockscombe wildlife sanctuary, a butterfly exhibit and a cocoa farm

Beautiful Stay

We loved the “Green Iguana” at Latitude Adjustment. The pool was perfect to cool off in and very clean. Fans and good air flow in the cabana were a real bonus. The shower was excellent. Easy to walk to everything. Highly recommend.

Lovely cabanas

Beautiful cabanas, excellently appointed. Jordy is a great property manager, helpful in every regard. Having a dipping pool was awesome and laundry on site very welcome during our 8 day stay. We found Hopkins Village lacking when it came to beaches, so our haven by the poolside was excellent. Barbecues on site were made use of as well as the bicycles.

Beautiful Stay

We loved the pool on the property.....so nice to cool off in. The property is very well maintained, and our little cabana was just perfect. The fans helped with the heat and humidity. We would stay here again.
