You get what you pay for. For the price we paid, the guest house served its purpose. The room was fine, but the best bit was proximity to airport- we could easily jump on a bus and be there within 20 minutes.

Very basic hotel, did the job. Bathroom was awful- Mouldy and generally not nice. However, the hotel served its purpose for my flight.

Room, beds, towels, kettle, linens were all great. Might want to clean the bathroom fan, was very plugged with dust. Backyard needed some mowing and trimming, but we did find a patio set to sit and have morning coffee. Very close to the airport! Lovely neighborhood!

Modern clean basic room as expected. Good attention to little details, though I had to ask for soap and toilet paper, something the cleaner should have caught, as well as dust under the bed. Staff helpful to fix this. Location easy for airport. I used the bus which stopped very close by. But not far if used taxi.

The most uncomfortable place I have slept in. The beds are terrible. There is no air con. Dirty carpets and a tiny bathroom that I tried not to use. Im not surprised this place had bed bugs. The man in the reception was nice and helpful

As a stopover before catching an early flight to Gatwick, it was perfect

Room was clean, comfortable and had all the basics needed. The ensuite shower room was clean and everything worked as it should. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for easy access to Gatwick, only a five minute bus journey to the North Terminal. There is a good pub, less than ten minutes walk away and a petrol station/convenience store nearby. The price was also very good for a late booking. The only negative was some noise from the room next door as the walls are quite thin. Overall a good choice for a budget stay near to Gatwick.

The bed seemed clean, under the bed was dirty. The tv worked. Tea and coffee making facilities but a bottle of tap water was all there was on offer. We did ask if there was a bar or somewhere we could get a drink but no. Had to use the toilet from the side for fear of going through the floor. Overall, if you just want somewhere to sleep it’s affordable and basic

Basic but clean and did the job for 1 night. Good access to local restaurants. No hand towels in the private bathroom, however ones for showering were provided, frdge located in the room was quite noisy . Very well located for catching bus to and from Gatwick, (couple of minutes walk) which runs 24 hours, making it really convenient for very early morning flight.

I was flying from Canada. As soon as I've landed in Gatwick, they called me to cancel my reservation stating they overbooked. I had to sleep on the floor at the airport with my 15 years old daughter as all the other hotels were fully booked. If I go back to Gatwick, I won't reserve with them. Bad experience. On another note, Expedia were there to help me. They've been in touch, contacted other hotels. They did everything possible to help me.
