I like how close the location is but I think there were bed bugs as my skin is red, itchy and is starting to have a rash.

The guest house just needs some attention to details. The blind didn't shut properly. The heating was on and there was no way of turning it off. The lamp trailed across the wall so it was a hazard. It was just for one night and the bed was comfortable and I used the tea making facilities so it did the job but wouldn't return.

Staff were kind and helpful. The room was quite small but clean and simple. There was a fridge and kettle, and they provided tea and coffee in the room. It was nice and quiet.

Prior to our stay, Contact with Hotel was positive and quickly responded too.
Check in was quick and room was ready upon arrival.
Although the room was small it was adequate for a short nights stay before a very early flight. It was approx 8 mins drive to Gatwick long stay car park.

Courteous staff having arrived early hours. Room basic but clean which is all you need for a stopover from/to Gatwick. Would have been useful for a hairdryer & spoon for tea/coffee. Biscuits nice gesture. I would stay here again 🙂

Check in staff were friendly, room was basic but felt a little run down, although to an acceptable standard. Main issue was the bed, very worn and sunken mattress with a soft mattress topper.
Mattress needs to be replaced.
