“I loved having a large space with comfortable furniture, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The parking felt secure in a garage below the building. The frequent messages regarding check in, check out, parking made the experience stress free and easy. Suggestions for restaurants and things to do were an added bonus. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.”

“Very disappointing anniversary stay. Parking was advertised as limited, but the alternative parking was also scarce and poorly monitored, with guests taking multiple spaces. Twice we had to park on the street, once paying for parking. We were also not told this was an apartment complex, a significant safety consideration in Memphis.
We received only TWO towels for four nights, and every towel smelled sour. After requesting more the night before, we had to rearrange reservations and wait the……

Like I mentioned before the actual property was nice, it was clean and spacious but the area is unsafe.”

The only thing was it wasnt quite close enough to walk to things but maybe our stay was too brief to be sure. Everything was just a short Uber away so all in all a wonderful stay!”

“The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”
