"Bus stop right across the road 3 mins to Westfield and train Staff very nice Quiet clean and family oriented Great restaurant good food all in all great value for money "

"Air conditioner worked perfectly, all other equipment we used had no issues except of the kettle which is probably rusted and makes water with bad taste. The major disadvantages are the size of the room and the location of the hotel. The room has no space to accommodate the tiny table with 2 seats. The hotel is squeezed between very busy Pacific Hwy and railway. The windows in rooms facing noisy and polluted Pacific Hwy needs to be firmly shut."

"Staff really friendly and helpful. Parking is available and free. WiFi wasn’t the best. Good shops opposite for breakfast/sandwiches etc as no breakfast offered at the hotel. Evening food on the Sunday was an excellent roast chicken. Only negative is that you can’t open a window and I do like fresh air. "

"Arrived late - keys were easy to find. Cabin was very clean for its age and very good linen. We left early in the morning so I can’t comment on the amenities but the key drop off was also easy and simple. Thx"

"We recently stayed at Nesuto Apartment Hotel Pennant Hills for 7 nights. While the apartment itself was spacious and the rooms were a good size for our stay, there were several issues that impacted our experience. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced at all during the week. Towels were never changed, and we had to call and request clean ones while the used towels remained on the bathroom floor for the entire stay. This was disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel stay. The windows were locked, which meant we had no access to fresh air or ventilation. Additionally, the dishwasher was dirty upon arrival. The buttons were visibly filthy and could have used a proper disinfectant clean to remove the built-up grime. On a positive note, although reception calls are directed through a call centre, the response to our requests was prompt once we made contact. Overall, the apartment was comfortable in terms of space, but improvements in housekeeping and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience."
