“Room was lovely, but really could do with some air-conditioning as it was unbearable to sleep in the heat, the fan supplied was pretty much useless. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome throughout.. The only downfall is we had children in the room above us who were constantly bouncing a football! Would I return again? Yes but there needs to be a stricter policy about children.”

“There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?”

“Excellent staff and dining. Bedroom was spacious with good shower but the bed creaked, was too soft and you wallowed when moving. ”

“the room was not cleaned properly with chip containers and dirty glass under our bed- the coffee machine was not cleaned and full of mold in the water holder,and when brought to staff attention it was not addressed properly said chip containers still under bed and they just rinsed out the coffee maker and did not swap it out for full cleaning--the staff was cold mostly and not very helpful- the breakfast was nice but the staff was looking over you and removing plates before you were done we……
