「Can’t beat the location….ever. But the furniture, cabinets, etc have seen better days. Time for some refinishing or new furniture. Felt like I walked into a condo where I rabid cat lives that scratched the sh#t out of everything. This are all individually owned apparently but the wear and tear needs to be tended to. Would be an easy fix for the price they are all charging especially during ski season. 」

「This property is amazing. It is as advertised and super convenient if you want to ski Mammoth Mountain. The ski in and ski out convenience is second to none. You literally take an elevator downstairs, grab your skis from the unit’s assigned locker, walk 20 feet and put your skis on and you are ready to go.
