We had never been to Hot Springs and were pleased to find so many things to do. This condo is so comfortable and we’re happy to hang out when we weren’t hiking or sightseeing. We definitely will return!

Cute and cozy, perfect for me and my hubby as we were celebrating his birthday! The property is just as described-corner space means great views.We enjoyed the location. Everything we had planned to do or needed to do was just minutes away. We would definitely select this one again.

Great stay. Weather was rainy most days. We were able to make a good Christmas dinner with available cookware. Bed and couch were comfortable. Fantastic views of the lake.Easy to navigate to all of the Hotspots.

Nice condo with a great balcony to enjoy the view. Top floor end unit, so nice and quite. Very nice pool area. Unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. This condo is very close to lots of shopping, restaurants and things to do. Host was very easy to contact.

This condo has it all. Views, beautiful, close to everything. Stop looking and book. This condo has everything you need. Owner is super nice and easy to contact. Very peaceful and quiet. The bed to super comfortable, I haven’t slept that great in a long time.

Great little condo for two! The view is amazing! The condo has everything you would want or need. We didn’t cook but had a well stocked kitchen, king bed was comfortable, we really enjoyed the balcony. Will definitely come back!

We received our check in information before starting our trip. The condo complex is not new, but is nicely maintained. Our unit was very clean and updated. The furniture and bed were comfortable. Parking was good. The back balcony was peaceful, and private enough to have those first cups of coffee.

My husband and I stayed the weekend in Hot Springs for our granddaughters dance competition. The condo was super clean and had a lovely view of the lake. There are stairs to get to the condo but they aren't strenuous. My husband has stage 4 cancer and was able to walk them. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! The lake view is so relaxing and pretty. We even saw a full rainbow going over the lake....so pretty! The condo is decorated really nice and everything about it feels new and clean. It's a quick drive into downtown Hot Springs but there are also lots of great spots just a few minutes away. We found a fun little coffee shop, Love Coffee, very close by. This was the perfect spot for a little anniversary getaway!

We came to HotSprings for the Horse Races and wanted something other than a hotel room. This little condo did not disappoint- quiet area with nice grounds. The condo was well appointed with any thing you need to cook a meal. And very comfortable furniture. And the best thing it has a washer and dryer. We found out not all the units have one. Big plus for us. We will stay here again if we come as a couple. It’s not enough room or sleeping area for more than 2.

This condo is CLEAN, nicely decorated and in a great location. Very nice balcony that we enjoyed spending time on, with beautiful views. Comfortable bed and pillows. Owners were easy to work with and quick to respond. If you want to stay in a well kept, CLEAN condo that is a few blocks off the main highway out of the hectic atmosphere, but close enough when you want to be near everything, than this is the one for you! Thank you Chris & Karen for sharing your place! We made the perfect choice.

Sadly, this vacation was not the best. The condo itself was great and the location was nice. However, check in was at 4:00 p.m., which was ideal. We did not arrive until 8:00 and when we did the place had not been cleaned. There were dirty sheets on the bedroom floor, towels on the bathroom floor, trash left, dirty dishes, dirty floors, etc. I immediately contacted Danny, which he did call me back. Unfortunately, by this time it was 10:00 p.m. and I had already washed towels, linens, took trash out, loaded dishes and started them because I didn’t think the condo would be cleaned and it wasn’t. The owner contacted the cleaner and she came with no supplies, so she had to run to the nearest store to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, etc. and left afterwards because by then it was 11:30 and we were tired from traveling. She had mentioned coming back the next day, but never came. Also, the WiFi and smart TVs did not work, but one day of our trip and we stayed 4 nights! That would’ve been more of a problem had we had children, but we didn’t, so we managed. I would’ve hoped a cleaning fee would've been reimbursed, since I cleaned the condo for my own stay, but nothing was ever offered or given. We will not be staying again, if we come back! I hope the next vacationers enjoy the clean condo, since I left it clean for them in case something happened.

Talking about people, half a whirl away from India, trying to communicate about the hurricane and can’t make the reservation because of hurricane coming in our area Louisiana
