「The hotel is old but with lots of character. They are working on it and making great progress. It is in downtown Hot Springs and we could walk to many things.We have stayed her before and look forward to going back again!」

「We really enjoyed staying here. Comfy and very clean. Great to have a kitchenette and the balcony. There is someething wron gwith air conditioner that needs to be addressed. That was our only disappointment in our stay. At 4 am it quit working each morni ng and woke us up hot. Didnt know how to report it to them But great stay overall.」

「The property was in good location. Easy excess to restaurant's. Easy excess to attractions in the area. these are a few things i liked..... what i didn't like there is no one on premises. the room was to small. They didn't put coffee in the room all the accessory's was there no coffee 」

「The room was really nice and large. It had all the conveniences needed. The girl in the office was really sweet and professional. We lost power the last night we were there so check out in the morning was a little tough without electric but that was no fault of the hotels. Excellent and easy checkout. Very enjoyable stay would stay there again and again. 」

「Check in super easy. Cards to unlock the door had to be redone because we couldn't get in the room. Older building in good shape inside but no hooks in bathroom to hang towels etc. No hair dryer. Air conditioner loud. No fridge. For just staying to sleep perfectly fine for the price」

「Family and our Pugs came for the weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. Clean and secluded and right near everything and on the water. Staff was very friendly. 」
