Fantastic weekend getaway

This is bananas was perfect for entertaining four families over spring break. The house is furnished with a fully stocked kitchen with additional appliances and accessories not normally found in a rental house. The putt putt course kept the kids entertained for hours. We will be coming back.

Amazing Family Vacation Home

This house was one of the best we have stayed in! The photos of the house don’t do it justice! The games in the arcade are for all ages and everyone loved the set up! We all were able to play chess and putt putt on their challenging course. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, laundry room, and bedrooms. The hot tub and pool were a great size for our large group too. We were even able to dock our boat at their dock and enjoy the lake. I highly recommend this property to any large families to have a wonderful time grilling, boating, gaming, and enjoying the Lake.

Our family had an absolutely unforgettable stay at This Is Bananas on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas! This property is a true gem, offering everything you could want for a large family getaway. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, there was plenty of space for our group to spread out comfortably. The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made our trip effortless and enjoyable. One of the standout features of this property is the game room. With a Pinball machine, ping pong table, ski ball, dart board, and even a video game console. The outdoor amenities are just as impressive—the private pool, boat slip, hot tub, mini-golf & life-size chess set. The fully equipped kitchen was another highlight, making it easy to prepare meals for our large group. There’s ample counter space and seating, with a dining area and kitchen bar that ensured everyone could gather together comfortably. The open-concept living space, offered stunning views of the lake and was the perfect place to relax after a day of fun. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property, from the stylish interiors to the variety of activities available for all ages. The location is fantastic, too—close to Hot Springs’ historic bathhouses, charming shops, and outdoor adventures in the Ouachita Mountains. This home truly caters to large groups and families looking for fun, comfort, and relaxation. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered to ensure an unforgettable experience. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Hamilton, we can’t recommend This Is Bananas highly enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Property was clean, well organized and perfectly positioned on a quiet offshoot of lake Hamilton. Set up ideally for all ages, 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs worked out great! Communication was clear and timely.

This experience as a whole qualifies as one of our best vacations. From the cleanliness, to the layout of the house, to the decor, to the amenities, and the fun, a great time was had. 3 generations of family fun for our Christmas stay! the house provided plenty of space, and everyone had their own get away space. We had enough room for 11 people to sit around the table for Christmas dinner. So many games, and we played them all. The hot tub, pool and mini golf were an excellent added touch. The 13-15 yr olds loved having their own video game area with switch base.The grill worked like a charm, handling plenty of food. The kitchen is well stocked Two washers & dryers and huge laundry room kept things tidy & out of the way. Also, 6 bathrooms! No one was kept waiting Communication was on point, all issues were addressed quickly & effectively

A great place for a large family gathering.

We had 12 family members (ages 11 to 70) staying in the house. Everyone commented about how much they liked the property. There were all kinds of amenities to entertain all ages. The 11-year-old especially enjoyed the video arcade room and the "secret" room. The adults loved the large family room where it was so easy to gather for conversation and relaxation and watch the kids enjoying the outside amenities - minigolf and the chess board. The teens enjoyed the variety of available activities. This is Bananas was the perfect spot for our family gathering. So fun!!!!

Our family of 17, ages 77 to 18 months, had a great vacation at this property. We took advantage of all the fun toys and games. We ended our days in the screen porch or around the fire pit. No one was ever bored! The house itself met all of our needs. The beds were comfortable, there were ample bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked and we cooked all of our meals in that kitchen. The laundry room was gem. The house was spotlessly clean and there were lots of beach towels in addition to ample bath towels. The air conditioner worked perfectly and made our stay so comfortable. We loved our stay here.
