2Br-Ba Condo right off of Hwy 7. Large outdoor space overlooking Lake Hamilton with access from living room and primary bedroom. Open floor plan condominium in a very CONVENIENT location with all of the amenities to make your stay relaxing, easy and comfortable. No contact check in.
FYI: Not ADA Compliant as its on the 3rd level with two flights of stairs. The view from the 3rd level will more than make it worth the effort. There is no elevator. We want your stay to be great, and we don't want to surprise you with this info when you arrive.
Hardwood floors, tile in the kitchen and baths, granite counter tops, a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower with four spray nozzles in the master bath. The living room and and master bedroom open up through French doors onto the balcony and both rooms have gas fireplace/gas logs. Both rooms have built in Tv's.
Both bedroom mattresses have recently been upgraded to hybrid memory foam so comfort will be assured. The couch and sleeper sofas are new leather, and includes a full size memory foam mattress.
The common area at waters edge has two courtesy boat slips, firepit, and a sunbathing area.
The kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances, including a double size commercial refrigerator/freezer, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, trash compactor, and a ceramic cooktop on the large granite island complete with bar stools.
There is a full size washer and dryer with a few Tide pods for your convenience. There is also an iron/ironing board.
There are great restaurants nearby, accessible by car and by boat. Oaklawn Casino Resort is 15-20 minutes away. Close by are multiple family attractions such as Magic Springs Amusement Park, miniature golf, go-carts etc. Grocery stores, Walmart, and liquor stores are within minutes, as are many bars/music venues.
This is a very versatile condo good for family vacations, romantic couples weekends, boating weekends, gambling/horse racing trips. You will enjoy this property. We’re flexible on check in/check out times as long as it doesn’t interfere with the maids schedule. Please clear it with us before changing the check in/check out times.
We don't charge for extra guests but the limit is 6 total, 2 per bed and sleeper sofa. We do ask to advise how many will be staying so we can have plenty of supplies available.
