This house offers two kayaks, its own boat slip, amenities by the boatload (pun intended), fishing gear should you want to fish off the boat slip, beautiful yet comfortable décor, 5 flat-screen smart TVs including a new 65" Nano Cell smart TV in the living room, cable with 380 channels, streaming TV account access on all the TVs so you can just log in and continue whatever you were watching at home, high speed wireless internet, easy access to several beautiful golf courses, a close walking trail to the Coronado Rec Center, and so much more. The owners have literally added all their favorite comforts and amenities for their guests to enjoy, including electronics, and fantastic beds.
Every bedroom has heated mattress pads, premium bedding, flat screen smart-TVs, extra HDMI free cables to attach other electronics you might bring from home, and so much more.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
