The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area though the waves were a bit too powerful for me (might be the time of year).

Wonderful hotel with breathtaking scenery and an amazing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay, stunning views and property. Room was a little small and would benefit from more hanging space and hangers. Staff in the pool bar and beach bar were friendly although could have been a little more attentive. We would probably have spent twice as much if they had come over more frequently to take orders. The breakfast area was disappointing. Was either outside on the roadside but not often any tables, or in a dark dingy room with no daylight at the back. Should ideally be in the restaurant at the front.. on our final night though there was a wedding held on the beach with load music and then fireworks going off at 2am!! Very inconsiderate for those of us up at 5am for an early flight. I understand it’s a celebration but it shouldn’t have been allowed at that time! Other than that Vlore is beautiful and so is Albania!

Nids d’insectes au plafond du balcon, pas de spa, pas de piscine, plage privée est un bien grand mot pour le morceau de bitume servant de plage… petit déjeuner fade et extrêmement limité. Cerise sur le gâteau : vous aurez le droit à 4 petites bouteilles d’eau par jour dans votre chambres mais seulement 2 sont gratuites, et bien sûr, on oublie de vous le dire, surprise lors du Check out !

Good overall

Overall good experience. Room missing a kettle, toilet roll and was missed one day for a room clean. Breakfast buffet could be better. Same everyday. Juice and coffee were poor quality. You are not allowed to take any drinks or snacks to the pool area, they make you sign at check-in or risk being fined.

Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit Meerblick und Halbpension gebucht. Das Zimmer und der Ausblick waren großartig! Die Terrasse ist riesengroß, Blick sogar von der Dusche aufs Meer. Im Bad gab es einige Kalkflecken, ich bin normalerweise nicht pingelig, wir hatten in Albanien aber viel Unterkünfte mit kleinerem Standard, die das deutlich besser im Griff hatten. Halbpension würden wir nicht empfehlen: Essen kalt, lieblos, nicht viel Auswahl. Da lohnt sich eine traditionelle Taverne, die es auch fußläufig zu erreichen gibt, aus unserer Sicht mehr. Frühstück war besser und in Ordnung. Service können wir nicht bemängeln. Was auch uns bei der Buchung irritiert hat, war der Beachclub vorm Hotel, der aber nicht zum Hotel gehört. Der eigene Strandabschnitt ist 150 Meter entfernt und nichts besonderes. Wenigstens gab es kostenfreie Liegen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist großzügig, aber es fehlt etwas am Ambiente. Wir haben für das Hotel verhältnismäßig viel Geld bezahlt und würden nächstes mal ein anderes wählen.
