I regret to read about the concern experience during your visit. Your bathroom experience has been shared to the relative department for immediate action. Also, kindly note that according to our brand standard amenities such as slippers and toothbrush are provided to all of our guest upon request.
Despite, the annoyance which occurred I am please to know that you enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet as well as the cleanliness of the room.
