Staff were good but the hotel need carry out some renovation such as the water faucet inside to room need replaces, water leakage under the bathroom glass door, water pressure not enough due to the water sudden very hot during taking bath as this very very dangerous as the customer will suffer scalded. This must take immediate action. The last one is the light inside the room is not enough. One more thing is the mall inside the hotel didn't match with the hotel. The owner or the management need to think about it.

It’s just a few minutes walk from the ARL Ratchaprarop station to the hotel. It’s also very close to Big C which is not necessary to take any transport. I didn’t book the room with breakfast but I enjoyed the breakfast buffet on my last day. The food are generally good. I enjoyed the in-room dining service as it was raining heavily on the 1st night of my stay. The price is reasonable and it is delivered to my room very quickly. Despite the above pros, there’re some minor cons. The shower cap is not waterproof which still make my hair wet. Finally, it is appreciated to have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Thank you~

Lovely stay for 4 nights
It was a great stay for me and my family. The location was great and just a few mins walk to BTS, central world, the market etc. The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would definitely come back again when I visit BKK again.

Good location and service
Good location - around 15mins away from big C and Centralworld. Many stalls downstairs. Good service and environment, but the mattress is too soft that cannot sleep well. The hairdryer is too old. Overall it is good to stay in this hotel, but highly not recommend if you can’t sleep well with a proper mattress-here is too soft.
