「This time we had another guest near us, opening and closing their door loudly all through the night, we could hear them literally running down the hall. It was frustrating trying to sleep.」

「My family and I enjoyed the hotel. The kids said the pool was a bit chilly but still fun. The only complaint we had was that the food we got delivered from room service was not that good. We order fries and garlic bread. They both came lukewarm at best and a bit soggy like they had been sitting for a while. The staff was amazing and the room was nice as well. 」

「Stay 6 nights for biz trip. Friendly staffs for my late check-in & early check-out. Quiet location and several malls are nearby by the Car. Acceptable breakfast and clean room. However, easy to be wake up by the noise when neighboring guests closed their doors. To sum up, this hotel is still my first favorite for next stay.」

「We've been to the area many times and never have stayed at the Hyatt Place. In the past it was overpriced and we've stayed at the Residence Inn down the street many times. This time as we checked ahead of time the Hyatt was cheaper. We were pleasantly surprised about everything at this hotel and will stay here again and maybe even if its price is close to the Residence Inn. Very nice place all around. The breakfast bar was one of the best we've had!!!」

「A comfortable stay downtown Portland. The room was not too big, but comfortable. The only thing was parking. Not a lot in the area, valet parking was expensive, $48/day.」

「Never got clean towels, or coffee in my 4 day stay. Had young teens running up and down the halls screaming, and a barking dog at 6 AM next door. Oh , and no safe.」
