Beautiful villa with an unheated swimming pool in the heart of the forest, located 6 km from the town center of Hourtin. It features a large kitchen opening onto the living/dining room with views of the terrace and garden, three bedrooms with double beds, a master bedroom with a dressing room, a shower room, and a bathroom.

Regarding the swimming pool : a pool technician will come once a week for maintenance which lasts approximately 15 minutes.

Deposit payable on site. Virtual tour available through AJP VACANCES HOURTIN.

Check-in/Departure Time:

Check-in will take place at the agency located at 10 Places de l'Eglise in Hourtin. Reception will be available from 3 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.

Departure time will be set upon arrival to optimize cleaning services, and is between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. at the latest.

Linens:
Regarding linens, you will need to bring your own bed linen or subscribe to our rental service (flat sheet and bath towel rental, etc.).
