"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"とても大きな老舗旅館、部屋も広くてびっくり。
私は朝食のみで夕食はどこかで、と思いましたが 戸倉駅周辺はわりと古ぼけていて何もなく(一件有名な蕎麦屋があるらしい)
ホテル近くはほとんどのお店が閉まっていました。2月末だから、ということもあり。
なので、夕食付きのプランの方が良いかもしれません。お湯はとてもシンプルで気持ちいい、私は幸い大浴場独り占め。オフシーズンの良さです。
朝食はなんでもあるバイキング。
プライス的にも納得です。
駅までの送迎は予約したらしてくれます。"

"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one.
