"レストランは研修中？の女性が、動き、声かけ、気付きが抜群に良かった。男性陣がもっと全体に目を向けないと研修中の女性の動きがよいだけに負荷がかかりすぎてると思う。ドリンクオーダーもテーブルにベルもないしわざわざ注文を伝えにレジまで行く有様。 夜のコンサート企画は素晴らしい演奏で聴き応えがありました。"

"備え付けのスリッパは 使い捨てではなく 誰が使ったかわからないような使用感があるもので、大きめで男性が使った後のようなもの　それも使い込まれた感じ？ 前の宿泊客が水虫持ってたり、このスリッパ履いて立って用を足して、スリッパについてたらと思うと気持ち悪くて使えない　"

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene"
