Comfortable Hotel

The hotel was close to the train station, but it was quiet. The staff was nice. I had a massage which was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

We had a nice stay. The front desk staff was very kind. There is a kiosk for check-in and check-out, but desk staff as well. They also have a translation device that was a big help. The train station is directly across the road. We needed to store our luggage after we checked out for a few hours, and they kindly held it. The rooms are small by Western standards, but you just adjust.

Just steps from the station

The hotel is very easy to access from the Shinkansen station without needing to cross any streets. The breakfast was quite good and with variety we find in typical business hotels in Japan.

View from the room is gorgeous. Service is one of the best. Room is NOT small. Hotel is located right front of Ueda station of Shinkansen. I will stay this hotel when I visit Ueno, Nagano.

Very easy to stay there. Smooth experience. Rooms are neat, clean and quiet. My only wish is that Japanese hotels gave a separate bed sheet instead of only a futon. We get too hot and prefer a single sheet.

駅から真正面で、新幹線を降りたあと、10分足らずで部屋に着いた。駅周辺は飲食店も多く、夕飯にも困らなかった。朝食はバイキング方式で品数もあり、フルーツやアイスなどのデザートまであった。無料貸し出しの美顔器でセルフケアもできて有意義に過ごせた。
部屋飲みできる、テーブルと椅子もあり、ゆっくり過ごせた。
セミダブルの大きさのベットが2台ある、ツインの部屋を利用。
部屋の窓から駅を見たところ。周辺は��にぎやか。

清潔感があり、家族で利用しましたが快適でした。4人でしたが、3人部屋と1人部屋に分かれて宿泊。翌日は朝食をつけました。サラリーマンの出張の方もマナー良く利用されてました。 わが家は女子3人でしたが、美顔器やヘアアイロンの貸し出しも利用しました。パジャマもあるので荷物が減らせていいですね。
