They had no record of our reservation on the auto-check-in machine. No one there to speak to. Place looked super sketchy just from the outside. We never even stayed. Directly booked a place in old town Colmar instead.

Well, it was cheap. And the staff was okay. The hotel itself is rather horrible. Located in an industrial zone, it is smelly, decrepit and feels dirty. I came away itchy. No airco or anything, so I had to open the (barely functioning) window to get any sleep. Avoid if you can.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN OUR WHOLE EUROPE TRIP

IT WAS VERY BAD SITUATION. WE HAD TO LEAVE THE HOTEL BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, HOT, NO VENTILATION, NO FAN, AND STAFF VERY UNHELPFULL. WE ASKED TO FIX EVERYTHING OR GIVE THE MONEY BACK, AND THE EMPLOYEE THAT SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER, SAID ANY OF BOTH OPTIONS WERE NOT POSSIBLE. WE WROTE AN EMAIL TO HOTELS.COM ALREADY WITH ALL DETAILS ASKING FOR A REFUND, BUT NO RESPONSE YET. WE HOPE YOU CAN DO IT SOON.

J'ai réservé 2 nuits dans cet établissement avec le petit déjeuner. Je suis arrivé un quart d'heure avant l'ouverture. J'ai fait le tour du bâtiment qui est délabré surtout la face arrière, du linge au fenêtre. C'est un hôtel dédié aux migrants. Je n'ai pas eu la force d'aller chercher ma clé et je suis parti dans un autre hôtel. Je n'avais pas regardé les avis sur le site Expedia, qui ne devrait pas afficher ce type d'etablissement

Déconseillé

Arrivés dans la chambre le neon du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas... On nous l'a donc changé. 10 min après notre arrivée, un gamin qui traînait sur le parking essayait d'ouvrir notre voiture. Les WC et la douche ne font qu'une seule et même pièce d'1m2. 3 distributeurs de savon au total (2 dans la douche et un vers le lavabo) et tous vides. Traces brunâtres sur les draps et wc; et brûlures de cigarette au sol sous le lavabo. La télécommande n'est pas celle qui va avec notre tv: elle a des piles mais la tv ne répond pas et est donc débranchée pour rester éteinte . Le miroir au dessus du lavabo n'a pas été nettoyé. Petit déjeuner correct mais s'il n'y a pas de machine à café, juste des brocs de café déjà préparés.

Bonjour, j'ai réservé une chambre avec un lit double pour 2 nuit avec ma femme, surprise en arrivant dans la chambre, le lit double est en faite 2 lits simples accolés où ils ont mis un grand drap au-dessus pour faire croire que c'est un lit double, le problème c'est que quand on se met au milieu du lit bah le lit se sépare en deux. Le dimanche matin on a été réveillé par la tonte du gazon par le personnel de l'hôtel.

Propreté à revoir

Il y avait une forte odeur dans toute la chambre qui venait de la douche, impossible de rester dans la salle de bain 5min à cause de l’odeur. Des cheveux et des tache jaune dans la douche, des cheveux dans le lit. des poils sur la cuvette. Mise à part ça le lit était malgré tout confortable et la pièce chaude.
