「Beautiful area, big space, and great communication with Cory!!」

「Our family really enjoyed this cabin. It was very quiet and relaxing there.」

「Clean and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen, good beds, efficient A/C, secure.」

「We had a great time sitting on the upper deck and the lower deck overlooking the Mississippi. Watched the fishermen, barges, houseboats and eagles. Went to the Genoa Fish Hatchery which was very informative. Went to the Lock and Dam to watch the barges very interesting. In the evening it was fun watching the sunset, sitting around the fire and listening to the owls. The cabin had everything we needed. Cooked one night and ate out at a local restaurant. Had a large table for putting a puzzle...

「The main heating unit started rattling at 3 am and made it impossible to sleep. Was going to call Troy at 8 am but rattling stopped and did not return.」

「Kathi was an amazing host and I will definitely be back again to stay there. Its so nice and quite and peaceful. Thank you again to Kathi for all you did for my stay.」

「Enjoyed the pillows」

「Our host was very friendly. Clean cabin and great place to stay. Had everything we needed.」

「Had a great time. Beautiful home! Can’t wait to come back.」

「A modern, spacious, peaceful cabin with all the amenities you need that is wrapped in the wonders of the forest and perched on a bluff of the Mississippi. Heidi and Kevin are very responsive although we did not have any issues while we stayed. We hope to return in the future!」

「I'm going to start with the cons because there was so few: The bed was small and uncomfortable for me, my wife and 2 dogs, the shower was very tight and small. Now for the Pros: This was by far the most well stocked cabin that I have ever rented. They thought of everything, extra bedding, blankets on the couch, firewood with dry kindliling, chairs everywhere you would want them and the nices screened in porch that I have napped on in a long time. Nice location, near some very cool hiking trails...

「Host waited until an hour or two to notify me they would be canceling. Very poor communication, left me with a sudden change of plans needed. Ruined the whole night.」

「Excellent space. Nicely decorated. The screen porch is great.」

「The cabin was fantastic. Much larger than I expected. We really enjoyed it.」

「A little bit of a drive into the other towns...but this is what makes it very private. Had some detours but we did manage to find a perfect route. I will say watch out for the deer and please don't run over the bany bunnies! My favorite shopping place was the Horsefall varity store in Lansing,Iowa. Did the great river road on both sides of the Mississipi...Great scenery. Be sure to eat at the Riverhouse in Desoto...huge pizzas with great taste.」

「Wonderful cabin in the woods! Close to town but yet far enough away. The only issue I had was with all the Nasty millipedes outside which I understand there's nothing that can be done about that.」
