“The property is what one would expect for a quiet inexpensive place on a lake. The hosts, Ray and Debra were fantastic! We had a lot of laughs with them. We will be back!”

“Great view. Nice location, somewhat secluded - No GPS as you get closer, so print out your map! Maybe we were first of the season, but had to brush spiderwebs off everything outside. Dishwasher door squeaked so loud it woke me up every morning. Otherwise very functional.”

“The property and location are both really beautiful. Our family did enjoy our time here. The problems are with some maintainence issues around the house- broken fixtures, etc that haven't been repaired. Second problem and less forgivable is the poor communication. Arrival check in instructions were not sent ahead of time and caused a delay of getting into the property.Due to this issue and AC not working when we arrived, the owner offered a partial refund in both a phone call and a text……

“This is a cute little house! I really enjoyed the back porch - we spent most of our stay out there. The host was very friendly and got back to me quickly when i had questions. The location is close to the road, which is pretty busy, so there was some noise, but my home is the same, so that part didn't bother me.”

“This place is absolutely stunning . The owner is the sweetest and very prompt with any questions . The house is loaded with any and everything you would need for a stay . Highly recommend would definitely stay again and again .”

“Mice droppings in the kitchen and in the laundry area. No privacy in the master bedroom guests have to go through the master bedroom to go to their rooms upstairs no GFCI plugs in the bathroom I consider that a safety hazard if you have to use a hair dryer or curling iron anything electrical light in dining room flashing on and off Plus chains on fan were way too high hard to change the speeds without standing on a chair, barbecue grill outside was filthy all rusted on the inside did not……

“Perfect stay. Perfect view. We loved seeing the farm animals too. If you want peace and relaxation this is it. The bed, shower are perfect. TVs are great. Host is great at communicating. Hour away from Nashville. Went there listened to some music and came back which was perfect. Then we went to some civil war stuff the next day which was really neat. Dollar General is only 10 minutes away which was very convenient. 10/10!!! 5 stars!!!”
