No working ice machine, breakfast was betthan we expected. The room was pretty good for cleanliness and the bed was comfortable. We got a great deal and I could stay here again if we had to choose another hotel in this area next trip to or from our Texas home.

They told me there was no more rooms .. after I already made a reservation! Then gave me a room the lack was cracked on the outside then inside the battery was hanging from the door he said it wasn’t fixed yet .. I didn’t have a coffee pot .. the sheets looked like they wasn’t clean .. I was very uncomfortable I had to make a secure lock behind the door cause I was there by myself ..

I had a great stay when I was overnight in Houston before my next flight. The hotel is a bit older but everything was spotless. The staff was exceptional, from the shuttle driver who picked me up, brought my luggage inside, and made sure he would come to pick me up again at the correct time in the morning, to the desk clerk who was friendly and efficient, and also the young woman in the breakfast room. I had to leave before the breakfast was officially open but was able to get some fruit and yogurt and a coffee. The bed and curtains were comfortable. And it was only a 5 minute drive from AIH airport. One comment on the light coming in the window…the sheer curtains don’t keep the light out. Overall excellent stay though. I will definitely return.

The property was good especially for the price. Room was clean. There was a burnt spot in the carpet, but it didn't bother my rest. Bed was comfortable and room quiet. Breakfast was also included. The only reason I do not expect to return to this hotel is the shuttle service. As is mentioned in the description, you need to contact the hotel in order to be picked up from IAH airport. I contacted them over an hr before arriving at IAH, but the best they could offer was making me wait at least an hour at the shuttle pick up door. The next morning the shuttle arrived at the hotel half hour later than scheduled. The property was good overall but because I also rely on airport shuttle service, I will try to find something better next time.

The key card experienced multiple malfunctions, requiring us to request replacements to access both the gym and our room. The male front desk attendant was consistently rude, nonchalant, and sardonic. Additionally, the restroom had spiders and ants, and the room itself was quite small. Despite these issues, the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the airport and restaurants within walking distance. Only recommended for short stays.

Supposed to get free airport shuttle. When i didn't get it, front desk person was rude and wouldn't give me any room discount. I waited at airport more than an hour. I made 3 calls and was told twice he'd call me back, but he didn't. He first said he was busy, then he said he did call back (he didn't).

Unfortunately the breakfast area was dirty and they didn't have enough breakfast at 8 am. There are no dishes available. In 5 nights they only provided room service once and because I requested it. Very much disagree with EXPEDIA and my stay at this place. I hope that if you stay here for the convenience of the airport, you have a better experience than me and everyone else who was there those days. luck!

Extremely Disappointed
I arrived at 3:30 p.m. to check into the hotel. I was notified that the room wasn't ready and had to wait till it was cleaned. We waited for 45 minutes and were told that we could get a room on the third floor. Mind you I was traveling with my elderly parents and the elevator was broken, so they'd have to climb stairs to get to the room. We opted to keep our room on the 2nd floor and had to leave for an event. We returned after 9p.m. to a room that didn't have any comforters. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to get us some blankets. I've never experienced anything like this.

I booked 2 room and they both had no sheets. I went to the front desk nobody could find the key to the linen closet and we never received fresh blankets. Then there was no breakfast even when they told us when we checked in there would be. When i asked for a refund or even a partial refund, i was told they could not do anything about. By far one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in and not to mention the sheets we did have had stains on them, thus the reason for asking for new sheets.

Elevator did not work. Washing and drying machines were in terrible condition. Room was missing a fire alarm, and parts of the bathtub were broken. The staff were as helpful as they could be, but the property was quite dismal.
