Pets Policy • All pets must be approved by the host. An additional fee applies. • Unauthorized pets will incur $500 extra fee.
Smoking • Absolutely no indoor smoking—$600 remediation fee applies • Dispose of outside ash/trash properly or risk a $500 cleaning charge
