Good morning Laurie, I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay with us! We will work with our Housekeeping staff to make sure all rooms are inspected more thoroughly moving forward. I believe the breakfast issues were a result of being unexpectedly sold out (due to power outages) and being short-staffed during breakfast. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that though.
