A good place for groups

The house is in a neighborhood with a few nice restaurants and not too far we found a super cool coffee shop. The place is a bit austere, you can tell no one lives here, that's not a bad thing for some people. The fridge was absolutely pristine.The window in the main bedroom doesn't seem to be completely airtight and you can hear sirens that go by the main road. I had to sleep with my AirPods. One of the beds is on a nice large bed frame that's an actual furniture piece, but the other two are set on a steel frame pieces that are a bit noisy to sleep on. There is no coffee grinder, FYI. But they were able to get us regular sugar delivered right after I pointed out there was none to be found. They responded very fast to our concerns.
