Not well cleaned nor cared for
Exterior dark hall leading to apartment not lit - felt unsafe at night and and hard to enter code in dark; generally not well cleaned - (old food) blackberry in fridge, old dirt and residue in kitchen cabinets and on cupboard surfaces; bathtub shampoo bottle rings, cleaner bottle left on toilet top, bathroom mirror haze of grime, greasy dust on bathroom floor molding, everything seemed a bit grimy; bathroom cabinet door falling off hinge; knobs falling off daybed; bedroom table lamp didn't work (bulb?); no hand towels in bathroom; polyester (?) sheets were cheap as was mattress on main bed. With some attention and care all could be easily remedied. AC units worked well and drowned out most traffic and siren noise. Overall I felt unsafe. Sorry! I have photos if you'd like to see them
