No response from the host, no check in instructions. Got to Houston and had to go to hotel due to lack of communication. VRBO refunded my stay and then I got an email that I was denied due to age restrictions. I’m 31 years old and did not see a rule which stated I have to be over the age of 31. Would stay away until host is more active. Phone number straight to voicemail and address on booking did not match neighborhood/or recent Zillow postings. This felt fishy.
