The Green Haus is an entertainer’s dream with Instagrammable moments in every corner being able to comfortably SLEEP 17 GUESTS. Mykonos inspired rooftop, lounge in one of our two massive cabanas, or gather together for laughs under our custom build vibey rooftop terrace pergola.



The Space:

The House: THIS IS A FREE STANDING 4 STORY

HOME. No walls are shared with the neighbors, it is not a town home. The home is a new build (2022) and features all new appliance and hardware. The home is 2,500 sq feet (not including the massive rooftop).



Rooftop: Boasting to be the largest and vibiest rooftop in Houston, this home features a 700 sqfoot rooftop large enough for all your guests to enjoy together. The rooftop boats one of the best downtown views in Houston showcasing a 280 degree view of all three diverse downtown skylines. Features include: 12 person outdoor dining table, 16 person patio seating set, two cozy cabanas, Mykonos inspired pergola with custom rattan chandeliers from Morocco, and of course a stunning views of THE Houston Skyline.



1st Floor:

Pink Palms Room- boasts a soft and delicate, custom palm wallpaper motif with a dash of vibrant personality by featuring oversized rose pink ostrich feather chandelier. 65 inch 4k smart TV. Two queen beds with en suite full bathroom with a large double vanity sink.



2nd Floor:

Green Living Room with fully stocked kitchen, large queen sofa pull out couch (comfortable memory foam mattress), 75" smart tv, and a multipurpose 8 person dining table that also can easily be converted into a pool table and ping pong table. This floor also features a half bath / powder room and TWO large juliet balconies with comfy patio seating that overlooks the neighborhood and the Downtown Houston skyline.



Be sure to check out the custom organica suspended kitchen chandelier, watch TV surrounded by our fast foliage wall, or take a seat in our large egg chair surrounded by a jungle of green plants and funky disco balls.



3rd Floor:

Retrofuturism King Room: King sized bed with a comfy memory foam mattress with a dark and moody backdrop framed with modern wall sconces and a mid century modern chandelier. All facing a 65 inch 4k smart tv.



Red Giraffe Room: Features bold giraffe wallpaper with vivid colors all set to create an abstract feel with its mesmerizing curved lines and warm tined tones. The room is designed with modern light fixtures that bring out the gold accent colors in contrast. Guests may sleep on the queen sized bed or on the twin sized daybed facing a 65 inch Smart TV. There is an additional pull out trundle bed below the day bed that can be pulled out and repositioned in the room (or in another room) for additional sleeping. Pulling the trundle out may prove to be tricky given the tight space so it’s not listed as a sleeping spot on our listing.



Havana Palms Room: Inspired by the colors of a tropical oasis and calming beach vibes of Havana, this room's dual queen sized beds are set within a vivid frame of palms that tie in the pleasant hues from around the room. This spacious room also features a twin sized daybed with roll out twin trundle bed. The trundle can also easily be rolled do a different place in the room for additional privacy and comfort. Room also features a large 65in smart TV. Relax and unwind in the en suite primary bathroom with free standing tub overlooked by our inviting bubble modern chandelier.



An extra Full bathroom is also located on this floor between Red Giraffe Room and the Retrofutrism Room. Take a step and repeat with our full body mirror at the end of the hall.



Guest Access:

The entire home is for your use and the rooftop IS NOT SHARED with others. That's right, it's a private rooftop just for you and your group.

Our home is nested in the area of East Downtown (EADO) with THE scenic and breathtaking view of the Houston skyline. It has immediate access to major Interstates 59 and 45 getting you to where you need to be quickly. This lavish home was inspired by nature and was elevated for comfort and entertainment for all guests. This tropical oasis is a 5 minute car ride to all the most popular and spirited areas of HTX, whether that be Midtown, Montrose, or Downtown. Stay in and get comfy in the stylish surroundings or go out and unwind in style; the entertainment will be nonstop because of the luxurious design of this sanctuary and its amazing central location to all of the city's hotspots.

Our newly constructed luxury home is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R.
