We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our visit. The only things nice is how close is to the sea side, need to be careful for any extra charges, thankfully my bank didn’t let the transaction go through and sent me a new card, but still was able to stay without paying those charges (almost £140)

The check in system is terrible. All AI run. You get your details to get into the hotel by WhatsApp. You cannot contact the hotel to ask questions. They took £6.66 from me to secure the reservation, when I had paid the complete price through Expedia and then on check in day they took £152 'in respect of your reservation'. Many attempts to contact the hotel have been futile, as they are ignoring both me and Expedia. They certainly have problems and I would urge you not to touch this hotel with a barge pole. X-hotel is corrupt!.

I think if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and just need somewhere to sleep, it’s a great option. You can check in online and then get in when you get in, which worked very well for me. The room itself needs a little fixing up, the sink had a massive crack down the middle, the bed was broken and the whole floor seemed to slope sideways. But other than that it was a pretty nice hotel and a really affordable night. Ideal for solo travelers

The room I booked was nothing like the photos. I booked a standard room with an en-suite which included a living space and Netflix for the tv. The room was tiny, 2 of us could barely move with the bed in the room, the bathroom was fine but the floor was abit outdated. The tv also didn’t include Netflix. Never stay here, Never book this hotel - I actually can't even be bothered to list how bad this was. From start to finish just dreadful, plus they charged me twice and i am still fighting for a refund. Never normally bother with a review , but I just couldn't stay silent .

Do not believe everything you see. This Hotel is false advertising what the bedrooms look like. I asked and paid well for a four poster bed, and didn’t get that. The whole system is online, there isn’t anybody at the hotel to speak to, and the rooms themselves were falling apart. So having to walk up 5 flights of stairs after a long day. The last thing you need is to be disappointed when reminded how terrible your room is.

The place was very unclean bed did not have a quilt cover quilt was turning brown and had long standing stains pillows had stains microwave was rusted, very strange smell within the property. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. Do not stay here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Check-in was chaotic and stressful (via WhatsApp). On arrival they demanded an additional payment as a security deposit/insurance. The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised online. The condition of the room was shocking: * The window was broken and kept banging in the wind all night. * The blinds were broken. * The shower head was broken. * There were holes in the walls. * Cracks throughout the walls. * Exposed wiring and unfinished repairs. * The windows were filthy and the frames were rotten. The whole place appeared poorly maintained and neglected. I’ve attached photos because they speak for themselves. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else. Do not stay here.

The location is great and for the price its fine enough. But: We had booked well ahead but the images on Expedia are not the rooms there. I booked for 4 people and we were checked in through their AI system via whatsapp. We were given a dingey tiny basement room. When I contacted their "concierge" via whatsapp and the mistake was noted. They system switched us to a 5th floor "suite" which was much bigger and had a lovely view and open windows. It was not cleaned well, however. There is no lift so keep that in mind as well. I would not recommend this to anyone except a couple who is fit and doesn't stay long in the space but to sleep and shower. No products were provided but a hand soap. It is about 30 min walk to the Pier.

Would not recommend. Loose and broken flooring, first on the floor you could feel on your feet. Had to keep shoes on all the time. Mould in the silicon in the bathroom, exposed electrical wiring. Very unusual booking process, be aware if you found this place as slightly cheaper, by the time you have paid the extras it won’t be. You will also be sent continuous reminders about the same things, to pay the extras and register for the booking. They charge a per person fee for this and require ID to be loaded up.
