"This place is just a lot less glamorous than the listing would imply. We had 9 adults in our group but this cabin only sleeps 6 max. So we had to rent a second cabin for full price. The manager was helpful tho and answered our questions. "

"Awesome property for a group of friends trying to hangout and have a good time. Owner was super helpful and understanding on various matters. Great beach access, where you can swim to various different islands and do cliff jumping. As you can see in the photo, there was also a water trampoline which the owners allowed us to use. "Basic cottage. We appreciated air conditioning and view. Exterior chairs where all broken, had to wash dishes, dirty floors. BBQ had no grill so took neighbors, was rusty and very dirty. Can not swim as mentioned. Only for fishing. There is a beach at a waking distance but not nice to swim in, small and weeds. Good place to fish if this is your intention. Fast response when communicating. Will ask you to sign a discharge right at the beginning which is not a good sign. Can’t get refund. Not as...

"Sheets were filthy. Mold on coffee maker. Bugs in room. Vrbo mis represented the property.We did not stay on the property and would like a full refund."

"Owner is very friendly and spent time to make sure everything was ok. The property lacks essentials. Make sure you bring coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, soap and shampoo for shower etc. One hand towel in bathroom, and one toilet paper, no towels for showers and none for drying dishes etc. All of this can be fixed with a trip into Sydenham Foodland or some prior planning. The view over the lake from the deck is very nice. We had a great time. "
