「The Hotel looked great from the outside and the photos online, but in reality it was very dated. Our bathroom was old and a bit dirty and the lever handle to flush the toilet almost fell off the wall and the dial to turn on the shower was very hard to turn on. Our room overlooked the roof with fan units which was a bit loud. We had no aircon on our room which made it a little hot at night. The pool area had a very unpleasant smell and looked very old too. The breakfast was okay, but for 15 euro...

「The four of us stayed at the Clontarf Castle Hotel for two nights just before our tour of Ireland. We had planned this stay for months and we were not disappointed. In fact, as we drove up the roadway to the hotel, we noticed the meticulously groomed gardens and sitting areas. it was wonderful first impression.
Our first impression of the hotel was one of delight and anticipation. The castle looked breathtaking, magical and medieval. Everything we expected and more.

「Stayed For 2 Nights Whilst In Ireland For A Gig At Slane Castle. The Location Of The Hotel Is Right Opposite The Beach, So The View From Reception & The Dining Area Is Beautiful. Its Only A 20min Drive From The Airport & They Have Free Onsite Parking Which Was Perfect For Us As We Rented A Car To Drive To Slane And Back And Not Many Hotels Had Parking Available At All, Let Alone Free For Guests.
The Room Was Lovely, The Hotel Decor Was Beautiful & The Staff Were All Super Friendly And Helpful!...
