Actually it is only a hostel instead of a so-called hotel with tip boxes located everywhere.
We paid 2 rooms for 2 families with 1 couple and 1 child aged 7 each. The receptionist refused our check-in unless we paid for an extra room of 1,700 Bahts or extra bed of 1,200 Bahts for the children. Then the receptionist, wearing a long face, didn't explain but only mentioned that it was the company policy. We couldn't do anything but paid for an extra bed!
Later, they installed a camp bed in our room. We found 2 menstrual blood marks with palm size on the both sides of the mattress though a white sheet covered the marks.
