地点/交通方便，很多景點也徒步十分鐘到。酒店內外乾淨企理，基本設施斉備。早餐是简单自助餐，味道在我预期內。因我住的房靠近馬路，有少許声音，第一晚有点不惯，之後没问题。但隔音可再改善。而淋浴热水要出水约一分钟才热(也可改善)。

服務生態度極差，尤其是櫃台人員最糟糕。 房間卡寫說游泳池開放到晚上九點，詢問櫃台卻說是開放到晚上七點，而且我要再說一次，不管晚上還是早上的櫃台服務人員都態度極差。

距离华欣市区的距离都好近，尤其是出门就是 L船公司的大巴站，乘车方便。员工特别友善，早餐味道不错，种类不多！

Not for traveler with baby
When I saw the hotel provide free baby cot in internet then I booked this hotel. When I arrived, the staff said the only ONE baby cot has lent out to somebody. We felt disappointed as we have 14 months daughter, she always crawled on the bed mean we have to take care her on shift. It is unacceptable to us as it has only ONE baby cot in a hotel.

Actually it is only a hostel instead of a so-called hotel with tip boxes located everywhere. We paid 2 rooms for 2 families with 1 couple and 1 child aged 7 each. The receptionist refused our check-in unless we paid for an extra room of 1,700 Bahts or extra bed of 1,200 Bahts for the children. Then the receptionist, wearing a long face, didn't explain but only mentioned that it was the company policy. We couldn't do anything but paid for an extra bed! Later, they installed a camp bed in our room. We found 2 menstrual blood marks with palm size on the both sides of the mattress though a white sheet covered the marks. 100% real experience for sharing.

不愧為大品牌酒店 酒店各項都做得很好
酒店面積大，綠化環境做得很好、周圍鳥言花香 有泳池、射箭場、沙灘排球、網球、單車、健身房等等大量活動。建議留2晚以上。 酒店餐飲水準一流，自助早餐豐富到根本食唔哂。 房間雖然有點舊但可接受、房間偏小昆蟲很多。

the room is very newly renovated and the bathroom is spacious, and the balcony is wide enough to sit on the chair to relax. However, the bed sheets and quilt linens are not clean enough. The breakfast is fairly good.

方便的酒店
酒店比我的印象还可以，服务人员都十分热心，早餐一般，不算丰富，但毕竟不是正式的酒店，可以接受。游泳池比较小，但景色不错。走廊装修的类型大概就是7天，房间就比好一点，而且用的卫浴都是很好的。有阳台，但冷气对住床，会影响睡眠。总的环境几好，去火车站十分钟，酒吧街十分钟，夜市就需要15分钟，全部步行计算。

Property is very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic and have comfortable beds with good water pressure and controlled temperature in shower. 2 nights we could hear noise from hallway stairwell and other rooms when we were trying to sleep after 11:00 pm. Parking is very limited for only about 6 cars and 6 motor bikes. The roof top salt water pool is nice but over salted with no deep end and closes at 7:00 pm I feel 10:09 pm is more appropriate. There are comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing and sun bathing. Staff at desk will only give 1 key card to access room so I had to leave my key card at the front desk when I went out with friends so my girlfriend could get back in the room when she finished work. The first night I forgot to leave the key and she had to sit in the stairwell waiting for me to return because the staff at the desk would not let her in the room even though she checked in with me and gave her identification along with mine. Very disturbing that I paid for a room for 2 people and would not let her in. Breakfast is from 7:00 am - 10:00 am. If you want to eat get there before 8:45 because the food at buffet style breakfast begins to run out and they do not seem to want to add more items like stir fried dishes and bacon. I feel that there are better choices in Hua Hin for that price. Hotel is within short walking distance to many bars, restaurants and the beach and I believe that is what you are paying for.

God kvalitet til prisen
Det er 6. gang at vi bor på Hotel Baan Nilrath i vores 4 ugers vinterferie i Hua Hin. Man kan godt finde billigere hoteller i Hua Hin. Men vi synes at forholdet mellem pris og den oplevede kvalitet, falder meget gunstigt ud for netop Baan Nilrath. Hvis alt går som det skal, bor vi også næste år i ugerne 4-5-6-7 på dette skønne og centralt beliggende hotel👍😊

So much to like about this hotel, staff were the best by far I have experienced very friendly helpful, they even knocked on my door all ladies singing happy birthday and a small cake, they noticed my dob on my passport. Huahin hotel.
Stayed here many times and always love it. Friendly staff and very clean hotel. Superb location close to beach and night market and shopping. Will be booking again once things settle down from coronavirus scare. Highly recommend this hotel. Safe and peaceful too.

Modernes Hotel im Herzen der Stadt
Hübsches, modernes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind genügend geräumig, die Bäder makellos. Jeweils ein netter Balkon. Vom Dach aus ein schöner Blick auf das alte Railway Hotel, sowie ein sauberer Pool und eine Exercise-Ecke. Der Garten ist hübsch, doch Mini. DerService ist ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend. Die attraktive Chefin bemüht sich rührend um ihre Gäste. Der Frühstücksraum im 1. Stock sehr ansprechend, doch machen außen vorbeifahrende Laster mitunter einen Höllenlärm . Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis: Sehr empfehlenswert

Very very clean hotel. We have stayed here 4 times for a couple og days, the last 4 years, om our tour round in Thailand. The breakfast is good.The hotel is in center og Hua Hin , near the railway station.It is 5 min walk to the Beach.
