If you want a quiet, beautiful, clean extremely friendly “ hidden” somewhat remote location to totally relax and get away … this is the place for you … my wife and I loved it (she is Thai) … the food is outstanding … the rooms are great … it’s a somewhat major endeavor to trek into HuaHin ( plan it as a day trip ) but this is a great hidden gem! Highly recommend it.

I was initially impressed by the well organized check-in and by the room itself, particularly the private patio area. But I had the misfortune to get quite ill (NOT the hotel's fault.) Hotel staff arranged two trips to hospital emergency, and then stayed with me throughout my time in emergency making sure I was not alone. After I was admitted to hospital, hotel staff visited me every day, 2, sometimes 4 people. They made sure I was getting treatment I needed, provided amenities, and arrange needed extra hospital services. In over a week in hospital, the Cher Resort staff made sure I never felt alone. They made me part of their family. And they made what could have been a very difficult time for me quite bearable. Staff at the hotel went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected and I am extremely impressed.

Wonderful service. Great stay. I recommend it.

This hotel is small and perhaps not luxurious but certainly a good choice for couples as it is quiet and comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was fabulous. It was within walking distance to another big hotel, around which there were a number of restaurants to dine in, or the hotel also provided bicycles for guests to ride around the area, even to the nearby palace. Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us call for the return bus, and even gave us a free ride to the bus stop. Two little concerns were that the hotel has 3 levels but I didn't see a lift, so anyone with walking difficulty may have to make special arrangement with the hotel. The beach was not so good for swimming. Not many choices at breakfast, but enough for me.

just ok to stay,do not expect much

-terrible moon surface road along the way before enter the hotel. -terrible smell when parking and enter the lobby. -room key card is not work properly,sometime it work some time it not. -pool is so dirty and full of leaves. -sofa at the beach is extremely dirty
