This property was in the middle of Hua Hin, but the foliage of the property made it feel like you were on an isolated island. Wonderful beach access and just a really short walk to the Cicada weekend night market. Beds were comfortable. We did have ants in our room, but they were really quick to accommodate a room change. Property seems to be very well managed with a really nice staff.

This trip was our tenth vacation at the Hyatt Regency hotel. We appreciated our request for the location of the hotel room. The room cleaning was of a good standard and timely. The pool restaurant offered quality snacks during the day. The quality, taste and cleanliness were excellent. The pool staff was active, helpful and very polite. Tew and Chan managed the daily pool exercise very well and playfully with humor. The guardforce's new uniforms were very positive. They also communicated with the vacationers in a friendly manner. The breakfast was great and of high quality. The oatmeal was especially tasty. If there was anything to improve, I would say I missed the blue cheeses, brie: and camembert cheeses that were available before. We will come again next spring.
