我是在晚上12時才checkin 酒店的，員工對我們的招待仍然很友善。 酒店方面也很整潔和舒服，我們吃了兩天的早餐和聖誕晚餐，晚餐在泳池旁邊進餐，還有小黃貓陪著我們。在酒店感覺都很舒服。

員工服務態度很好。 位置不錯，酒店的泳池較細，有些地方還在做翻新工程，但只是一層樓梯之隔，就是一個美麗的長沙灘。 對面的按摩店不錯，而且價錢也便宜。 租車出入比較方便。

房間大，方便，近沙灘又有泳池，價格合理，唯一不足是shuttle bus時間太耐先有一班車，官方網站上的時間是錯16:00的班次，應該是18:00，我們在酒店等了一會才發現，希望酒店更改翻不要令其他客人失咗預算。

The overall experience is disappointing. The private beach of the hotel was shut down during my whole stay and we were unable to enjoy. Location of the hotel is not desirable as it is far away from city centre and scenic spots. The hotel room was not clearn, esp the washroom. There were lots of mosquitoes and inserts flying around. The worst experience of my stay was slipping down the wooden stairs in a rainy day and hurt my back and arm. The hotel didn’t have any precautions for preventing guests from wetting when it rains. I don’t recommend this hotel for travelers staying in HuaHin.

Dear Emma, We are quite disappointed to read this review as we feel it is not fair to the hotel and our facilities, beach where shut down! never. we can't never again the nature, during your stayed it was beach are high tide from our resort until to the city beach , so we can't see the sand during the day but at our beach front swimming more than 50 meter sallow water it is sand, the time of thunder storm, if you were informing us that you are coming with an extra person, we could provide you an extra bed, you will not have back pain. Our resort we provide such us umbrella, complimentary 4 bottle of water, more details will be at our website. About the cleanliness if that occur your baht rooms or room are still dirty we will be definitely clean again but we didn't get any called or request/comment. Our resort it is 600 meters to Tamarind market/ Cicada market, CJ shop about 30 meters, 7eleven, ATM machine and some other local shop it is about 100 meters, 1, 2 km to Khao takiab tempe, Blu port about 4 km and the distance to the city center about 6 km. We have been welcoming many family worldwide for over a decade. We are sorry that it is not a place for your family. We have tried hard to satisfy your family and we are sorry that it was not what you want.

great place to stay except the seaview part
I hv booked a seaview room but actually this is not seaview, I think just the first building near the sea is seaview room. n the water from bathtub is weak so that need time to fill it up. except of above everything is great! the room is big especially the bed this is combined by two twin beds. I will recommend this hotel
