"Everything about this place was amazing! The views were incredible, it was comfortable, and it was just a short drive to a lot of places in town. Berta and Billy were so sweet, and they really think of everything to keep stocked in the home. My husband and I loved staying here and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!"

"We were a bit surprised to arrive and find the doors wide open, but I guess they were just letting in some cooler air! The place was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! There were lots of amenities there if we had planned to go to the beach, but it was just a resting place for adventures around the island before we went on a cruise. The washer and dryer were nice to have, but the dryer was very loud!"

"We loved the house and the details in the decor and lighting, but as other reviewers have stated, the yard and gardens are the show stopper- absolutely beautiful! And as a birder you can’t beat the back porch for bird watching and feeding the pheasants. The kitchen is small but we had everything we needed to make our meals there. You will not find a better accommodation for the price on the island. Don’t miss the Kona cloud forest and the sound meditation journey just up the street- it’s worth the price. "

"The house was absolutely wonderful, enough room for 10 kids and 6 adults. Was a little concerned at first about no air conditioning but it was no problem at all. The trade winds kept it cool with the windows open. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, enough dishes for all of us. The only thing that we might suggest is to get a griddle, we had pancakes a couple of times and making them in frying pans was time consuming, but there were 3-4 of them so we did manage. The book of information and tips was very helpful on beaches, farmer’s markets, restaurants and things to do. Overall we had a wonderful time and lots of memories were made for the cousins. We will recommend this property to anyone who asks. "
