"This is supposedly a superior hotel, however our room had NO window, NO natural light!! I felt terribly claustrophobic not knowing waht time of the day or night it was if I didn't have a watch. The toilet door is glass, which gives poor intimacy, and absolutely no noise dampening (who wants to hear his partner "business"??). Finally the noise from the restaurant downstairs was about as loud as outside, making for a really poor night. Truly, the semi-historical contex is impressive, very nice walls, arcs and staircase in the public area."

The bed is very comfortable, bathroom clean, spacious, luminous and with nice copper fixtures from Santa Clara del Cobre. Maybe the only little drawback would be that our window was an elevated one hence no view..."
