“Where do I start. First of all, the neighborhood is safe, very quiet, and friendly. The host was always available if I needed anything. Completely renovated, excellent like the photos. Nice park and playground right across the street. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Jacksonville and Swansboro, with a mini mart a mile down the road, they close at midnight fyi. Would 100% recommend and will be booking again on my next visit. -B.A.M.”

“If you like to control the temp in the house you can’t.The owner has a lock box on it and set at 75. First house I have VRBO that had that. Renters should be able to control the temp. Everybody’s comfort zone is different.First day had to get MX man to open box up and turn AC down. Came back from dinner and temp 80 in house. AC was not working. They got an HVAC person over to fix AC that evening. We had no other issues the rest of our stay.Toilet paper was on back of toilet. No toilet paper……

“TV system was terrible….. TV wouldn’t work properly for most of our stay…. The tv in the bedroom area rarely worked and the channels were not the same as the one in the sitting area when it did function properly. Staff admitted there were problems but did not know how to help….. some channels were not available on the tv in the bedroom. TVs were out dated.”

“we had to swap rooms 3 times. air conditioning was broke in 2 rooms and bathroom didn’t flush and flooded in another. the staff was incoherent and we had to beg Emily to help us switch rooms. the manager was very rude to me and my fiancé and refused to do a refund and made us handle the situation by our selves through a third party company (expedia) , to which she proceeded to lie to the third party company and say they don’t do refunds and we were out of luck.”
