Excellent lake house on SML

This house is the perfect waterfront lake house for a friends and/or family getaway.

Beautiful, quiet location with excellent outside spaces

The large house is situated in a quiet cove, with trees on the property for privacy but still close enough for lovely water views from the house. The lot is relatively flat as claimed in the listing and the sandy beach was vital to our group that included a toddler. The site included a screened porch, a large deck and open yard. Appreciated the canoe and standup paddle board. Inside of the house was spacious and mostly very nice. The 5th bedroom is clearly a minimally converted portion of the basement with no window, air exchanger in the closet and a door with direct access to the outside. Aside from that, the only issues were incomplete cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom and need to pick up/drop off keys at the realty agent.
