“Special staying”

“Great spot and beautiful view.”

“Great stay Tommy made us feel right at home and was very responsive.”

“Absolutely wonderful place to stay! It had everything we needed and more. The host was immediate with answering any questions and so helpful with the whole process. We loved the screened porch overlooking the canal. We saw great blue herons, ibis, seagulls and a dolphin! Very relaxing vacation, neighbors are friendly. ”

“Wonderful apartment! I would definitely stay again if I was coming back to the area. Great host that stayed to himself but was helpful if needed and had good recommendations for beaches and the area.”

“Very clean and comfortable for the two of us. It was a great location for meeting up with family in the area. I would highly recommend it for two people.”

“There was some type of issue where I didn’t receive my check in instructions and I had to spend an hour or so trying to find out this information. Everyone at Expedia and VRBO was helpful and once the host was involved, she was as well. I typically receive check-in instructions the day prior or morning of check in by email or text. This was not the case here and unsure why it didn’t happen. Even after I spoke to host, VRBO said the instructions were in my inbox but I could not see them, only……

“This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful.”

“The property is as described. Its quiet in a quiet neighborhood. The place was not welcoming or inviting upon our arrival. It was dark and very damp smelling. It had an abundance of gnats. We purchased apple cider viner and placed it throughout the space in 6 bowls with dish soap to attract and capture the gnats. The living room furniture had numerous large spots and the storage inside the furniture had spilled furniture inside. The kitchen was inviting and well stocked for food prep. All the……

“This was a great, quiet, private room with all the amenities of a a hotel, and more!! Originally, I was going to stay alone, but a friend joined me last minute. The place was spacious, and closet space was enormous. Close to shops, restaurants and about an hour to Clearwater Beach! The private, in ground pool was mere steps away and morning and evening swims were the best!”

“The home was better than expected. We had 4 adults and a 23 month old toddler. It was perfect for our stay. The owners were very responsive and went over and above to fill our requests and ensure we had a good time. The only negative was the kitchen wasn’t stocked as well as I hoped. We cook a lot at home rather than eat out. We purchased and left for the a large pot for cooking pasta and a cheese grater. You may want to bring a large fry pan for making eggs and bacon. Also, be sure to bring……

“The cleanliness upon arrival was not quite what I expected. It could use a deep clean in the bathrooms. However, the host was willing to come and do a little extra cleaning when it was mentioned. Other than that, the home was fantastic. The layout was perfect for our needs, it was fully stocked with all the kitchen tools we could need for the week. The extra touches of cooking spices, snacks/drinks, coffee pods, even laundry detergent etc was wonderful and so appreciated! The host was super……

“We really enjoyed our stay, enough room and bathrooms for 6 adults to clean up and get ready. Would gladly stay again!!”
