「The pictures are misleading」

「The perfect stay in the Catskills! Everything looked just like the pictures. Clean, easy access to restaurants close by, and Daniel was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!」

「The place was amazing! Very easy check in/out process and the host is very responsive. 」

「Beautiful grounds and cute room with everything I needed.」

「Great stop for the night. Loval to the Rinbeck show. Easy to get to.」

「The house was perfect and really well decorated. The area it was in, proximity to everything. Couldn't have asked for a better spot.」

「Property was lovely and had all the details. For the time of year, we rented the whole house which consists of 2 dwellings. Wonderful details like yoga matts and rollers for those who need to roll sore muscles. Kitchens were properly stocked. Location close to supermarket and other locals businesses. Very responsive property owner. Never got to sauna which would be nice if we had prepped it in time.」

「We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

「Staying here for my brother and I was an experience. Nin and David are making something very special here that is more of a retreat than a standard rental.」

「The house was in a perfect location! Host was very easy to communicate with!」

「It was great! "It's about a whale".」

「Lovely space and situation, unique. Close to the AT, as well.」

「Excellent hosts and property. Very spacious for a 'tiny' house. Clean, comfortable and set back in the trees. House was well equipped and very cozy. We're very excited to come back in the summer and utilize the fire pit and simply enjoy the wooded property.」

「Cute place. Will come back!」

「Very clean and conveniently located. Peter was a pleasure to work with — very responsive and accommodating. Absolute 5 star experience.」

「Great, easy, full of everything you’d need. Stayed with 2 others for a work trip and it was perfect! 」

「The pictures are not accurate. The two full and one twin bed are in one room upstairs, they are not separated as pictures would lead you to believe. Then three twins are in the living room with the couch, next to the dining room table and kitchen. The unit was dusty and not swept clean. There were dead bugs on the floor and party poppers from previous guest. I have never experienced something like this with Expedia, this was a zero star experience honestly.」
