“We stayed at a two bedroom apartment with balcony. Assigned parking space in the garage was conveniently located close to the entrance of the building and elevator. Apartment very nice and clean, kitchen well equipped, two spacious bathrooms. Bedrooms are a good size with an extra small room for luggage. Beds have very comfortable mattresses. ”

“This large house sits on the bluff of a gorgeous setting. We were here in May so we could see the lake perfectly. The house is a bit older and shows wear of a well-loved home that occurs from lots of use and some stress from elements of the weather. The deck is brand new and offers a great place to enjoy the lake views. The beach was huge and beautiful. Lots of stairs! We didn't need the upstairs of the home at all but saw there were plenty of beds for kids and other adults. Would go again just……

“Traveled to Grand Rapids for a girls trip. The apartment was clean and as advertised with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee etc. Detailed instructions for check in/out were sent in a timely manner. Beds were fairly comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out. The only thing that might have been helpful was a luggage cart or trolly as we had lots of stuff and it was quite a dostance from parking garage to apt. Overall i would definitely stay here again!”

“We love Saugatuck and we wanted something to rent that we could just relax and hang out. This place was perfect for that! We barely left the house cause everything we needed was there. Our kids loved the pool and while it could use some attention, it was so nice to have all to ourselves! The house is huge and plenty of room to spread out. This would be perfect for 2 families to share. The check in process was so easy and everything went smoothly. Thanks for a great vacation!”

“The River House was perfect for our weekend trip to the Grand Rapids area! The property is beautiful! The landscaping- lawn, flowering trees, and shrubs- were gorgeous in spring (early May). “The house was perfect for a short stay in Saugatuck. We were able to walk to downtown where our dog Chara loved the walks along the dock of the Kalamazoo river. We also enjoyed ice cream at Kilwins and coffee at Uncommon Grounds. Also, we loved the hiking trails at Saugatuck Dunes State Park which is just a short drive away. This place is perfect for a couple with a dog. Thanks for such a nice dog friendly space.”
