“First off - all of the staff was amazing g - the front desk, the dining room, pool area, housekeepers -excellent!!!! The carpet in the room smells disgusting!!!!! Food in the dining room was really good - eaten by adults, a 3yo and a 6yo! That is doing something! Only complaint was the room smell. The hotel was really busy and the elevator was getting a workout!”

“The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it. I cannot say enough about how ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, and CUSTOMER ORIENTED the hotel staff at the front desk was!!! They brought extra blankets and were kind about the extra effort. They granted a little bit of a late checkout. And they greeted my……

“I will definitely be staying here again. We have two small children and usually stay in Airbnb’s but I have found that with all the fees, it has been getting expensive and has lacked consistency. I LOVED our stay here! A fully equipped kitchen, large spacious rooms, a pool, laundry on site, a bar, and a delicious breakfast (we loved the taco bar!). “The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member……
