"When we arrived the receptionist had no way to look up our reservation. Apparently their computer system was not installed yet. She accepted the reservation that I showed her on my phone that I made through Expedia and the rate that it stated I owed. We chose to pay in cash on site upon arrival. She gave me a hand written receipt and advised me to cancel my reservation through Expedia so that my credit card was not charged. Unfortunately I couldn't do that because it was past the cancellation...

"Very nice, clean hotel and room. Although we didn't use it, the pool area was very nice and the pool was shaped like the state of Michigan. Beds were very comfortable and we made good use of the room fridge. My favorite thing though was how friendly and helpful the staff was. Much appreciated. "
