「From first entering, the bellmen and reception were welcoming & cheerful. The ladies working reception dressed in lovely modernized “traditional” colorful Andalusian dresses. One bellman took us to our room & explained well how everything worked. The other brought in our luggage. The room was modern, sleek and the view of Sevilla was spectacular. The rooftop bar provided more striking views of the ancient and modern city. Fantastic stay. Muchas gracias!」

「We took overnight bus to estacion de autobuses plaza de armas and arrived at 6:30am. With the 24h reception, we managed to drop off our luggages and check with the reception if there was any luck to have the early check in. Luckily, a balcony room was available at that time. We just needed to pay some more for upgrading the room then we can check in earlier for 8 hours than the original schedule. Of course a YES from us! We took shower and had a power nap to recharge ourselves for the upcoming...

「This is a beautiful old Spanish building with beautiful architecture. The bedrooms are very comfortable and our bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast had a great range of food. However, we were in the furthest annexe from reception and access was either via the alleys around the hotel or through a tunnel underneath it and neither were well sign posted. It would have life much easier if the signage was improved as one courtyard looked much the same as the next. However, I'd definitely go back to this...

「The hotel location is amazing, walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room cleaning was very good. Hotel also offers free bottle of water and juice, snacks and coffee, which is really nice. The parking was a bit pricy but it is convenient as it is right at the basement of this hotel. We will definitely stay again. The only complaint we had was the breakfast, it was too simple for breakfast buffet. 」

「地點一流，距離著名皇宮及教堂只有5分鐘路程。我們比check in 時間早到半小時，可是酒店嚴格按照制度，不提早給我們房間，雖然地庫有locker 可放行李，可是hostel 安排的locker 並不夠大，不能放2件25寸的行李箱。最後我們選擇在hostel 等半小時再上房放行李。 」
