Booking conditions: House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property.

Superb duplex apartment of 72m2 located route du Signal in the heart of the top of the Alpe d'Huez. It is located in the small building Rays Golden, very quiet.
Open ground south facing garden lounge. Splendid view of the surrounding mountains
Access downhill skiing at the foot; within 100 m of the access chairlift great Sure, within 200m of the telecentre and all amenities track.
2 floors, it comprises the lower ground floor: 2 bedrooms: large master suite with double bed TV and DVD, large bedroom with two double bunk beds player, 1 bathroom and toilet with washing machine and plenty of storage; on the upper floor: entrance hall, open dining room and living room TV with DVD player, 1 separate WC, 1 room with 2 bunk beds and 1 extra bed, Italian shower.
It is decorated with a ski.
Facilities: cot, raclette, fondue, 2 TV DVD players, ironing board and iron
Facilitated for disabled upstairs: grab bars in toilet seat and fold-down shower
Parking nearby included in the rental

Good location, lovely apartment

The apartment is really cute and very functional. We were 2 adults and 4 boys age 16-20, but we had plenty of room in the living room and dining area. Bathroom downstairs is large, shower head a bit too low but no problem and lots of hot water all the time. Linens are €30 per person. Beds are comfortable and good size. The double bedroom was quiet and pleasantly warm. The boys were very happy in the queen sized bunks. Plenty of storage for clothes. Upstairs the bunk room shower doesn’t work properly but wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen is well equipped, we had some nice meals at home. Upstairs toilet was clean. Great location for the Grand Sure chairlift, a 5 minute walk downhill and quick ski down a narrow blue. Otherwise slight uphill 10 minute walk to the lobster chairs which take you straight to signal and main slopes. Ainsley meets you on arrival and arranges linen. She was incredibly helpful with any issues we had. Including medical. I would stay here again it’s a lovely apartment with good location.

Perfect place at Alpe d’Huez

Lovely appartment with a nice terrace, near the citycentre. Everything at walking distance. Kitchen is small but fully equiped. The description of wich appartment it is could be better, and the provided wificode was wrong, but quickly managed by the propertymanager. All in all we had a lovely week!

Appartement propre et pratique

Appartement près des pistes du Signal et de la Grande Sûre (ESF Grandes Rousses), dans un quartier calme situé à 5 minutes à pied des commerces, patinoire, piscine, etc. Duplex particulièrement adapté pour un couple de parents avec jusqu'à 6 enfants. Casier à ski (mais pas vraiment à chaussures) disponible à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Parking aisé. Accueil efficace et agréable par la gérante immobilière (bilingue anglais). Seul petit bémol: température dans la chambre parentale un peu fraîche.

logement optimisé et bien situé, nous sommes partis enchantés. super domaine skiable!

Un retour à l'alpe + 20 ans après avoir fait l’ascension en vélo, nous avons passé un super séjour de nouvel an 2023 . le logement est optimisé à mort et franchement à 7 avec deux chiens on se marchait pas sur les pieds. la terrasse est vraiment sympas pour manger en plein soleil le midi. l’appartement est hyper bien situer et malgré enneigement pas top on peut arriver et partir ski au pied pas loin. et le soir profitez du bain à jets pour se relaxer c'est le pied après une journée de ski. Les différents contact avec l’hôte était vraiment agréable et Mathieu est très réactif. Logement à louer les yeux fermés et c'est vraiment pas impossible qu'on y retourne.!! et pour les amoureux de vélo comme moi se retrouver au dernier km de cet arrivée mythique ... je vous laisse imaginer.

Appartement fonctionnel, confortable, bien situé dans la station, avec terrasse et table pour prendre petit déjeuner et diner au calme, très bien orienté. Petite suggestion d'amélioration pour l'été : tondre la pelouse en pied de terrasse pour que l'on puisse encore mieux en profiter.

Confort et situation idéale

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est idéalement située par rapport aux pistes et au village tout en permettant de profiter du calme après une journée de ski. L'appartement nous a mis dans l'ambiance des montagnes grace à sa jolie décoration et à son très bon niveau d'équipement. La connexion wifi fonctionne très bien. La terrasse oriéntée plein sud est aussi une très bonne chose. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

Appartement très agréable

L'appartement est agréable et confortable. C'est une petite résidence calme. La table de la salle à manger est spacieuse pour des repas en famille ou des soirées animées autour de jeux de société. La terrasse est un vrai plus. La partie en sous sol n'est pas désagréable bien que le plafond soit assez bas. Le seul bémol est l'absence de hotte dans la cuisine. Au niveau emplacement pour l'hiver retour ski aux pieds, départ avec marche sur 100 mètres pour rejoindre le télésiège grande sure. C'est plus compliqué si vous avez un petit skieur en cours de ski. Il faut partir un peu tôt pour rejoindre l'esf en bus ou via les paniers. Le propriétaire très gentil est disponible et repond toujours très rapidement à vos questions.

Séjour parfait à l'Alpe d'Huez

Nous avons passé un séjour estival en famille dans cet appartement. il est idéalement situé à deux pas du quartier des jeux, ses commerces et restaurants, proche des départs de balades et des télésièges. le quartier est calme et peu bruyant. l'appartement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le RDC est lumineux, l'espace en sous-sol plus sombre mais n'est utile que pour y dormir. Nous recommandons ce logement aux autres voyageurs.

Appartement très confortable

Appartement très confortable avec terrasse en rez-de-jardin, idéal pour passer une semaine entre amis ou en famille. L’espace Salon/Salle à manger est parfait pour passer du bon temps et se faire une raclette ou une fondue avec les appareils mis à disposition. Composé de 3 chambres (comprenant 8 couchages), d’une salle de douche et d’une salle de bain, l’appartement est fonctionnel, mais aussi idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces et des pistes de ski. Ce fut une belle expérience pour nous tous. N’hésitez pas à venir profiter de la vue de sa terrasse, installé sur la table en bois où dans un transat.
